Elisa Invitational Fall 2022 playoff invites announced

Twelve teams are still in contention for the two Elisa Masters Espoo 2022 spots.
The knockout stage of Elisa Invitational Fall 2022 begins on Monday, pitting four invited teams against the eight squads who successfully progressed through the opening Swiss System. The invitees will join the tournament at the quarter-final stage, needing just two wins to secure one of the two spots at the $200,000 Elisa Masters Espoo 2022 LAN, starting on November 16th.
The highest-ranked invited team is Eternal Fire, who recently removed their IGL Engin "MAJ3R" Küpeli in favor of 19-year-old Yasin "xfl0ud" Koç after a failed attempt to qualify for the IEM Rio Major.

Joining the Turkish side in the quarter-finals are Movistar Riders, who also made a recent roster change after an unsuccessful IEM Rio qualification campaign, replacing Raúl "DeathZz" Jordán Nieto with Pere "sausol" Solsona Saumell, whom they acquired from Partizan. This is the Spanish squad's second roster change of the season, having lost Álvaro "SunPayus" García to ENCE in August.
The penultimate invite is Major-bound GamerLegion, who have just entered the top 30 in the HLTV.org World Rankings after a successful RMR event, where they notably eliminated G2 from contention.
TYLOO round out the invites, with the team on a European bootcamp following their BLAST Showdown appearance, where they got eliminated by Vitality without winning a map.
